The Ceremony Process
1. Complimentary Consultation
Every ceremony begins with a relaxed conversation. I want to hear about your relationship, your personalities, your vision for the day, and the kind of experience you want your ceremony to create, not only for you, but for everyone gathered around you. This is also your opportunity to ask questions, share what matters most to you, and see if we feel like the right fit for one another. Creating a meaningful ceremony is deeply personal, and I believe the connection we build together matters.
2. Ceremony Design & Story Gathering
Once you book with me, I guide you through a thoughtful and meaningful process designed to naturally uncover the heart of your story. We talk about how you met, the journey of your relationship, the moments that shaped your love, and what you admire most about one another. We explore the atmosphere you want your guests to feel, along with any traditions, rituals, spirituality, family involvement, or personal touches that are important to you. This is where your ceremony begins to come alive, becoming something far more meaningful than a script. It becomes a reflection of who you truly are together.
3. Your Custom Ceremony Is Written
I personally craft every ceremony from the ground up, intentionally writing each word to reflect your relationship, your personalities, and the emotional tone you want your wedding day to hold. 'your ceremony may include meaningful storytelling, personalized vows, unity rituals, cultural or family traditions, spiritual or secular elements, moments of humor, heartfelt reflections, guest acknowledgements, readings, blessings, and other personal details that make the experience uniquely yours. My goal is always the same: to create a ceremony that feels genuine, emotionally connected, and unforgettable for both you and your guests.
4. Rehearsal & Wedding Day Guidance
I want you to feel calm, supported, and fully present throughout the entire experience. Every wedding package includes an online rehearsal and planning meeting, ceremony coordination guidance, marriage license guidance and filing, and the professional delivery of your ceremony on your wedding day. For couples who would like additional support, in-person rehearsals are also available. When your ceremony begins, my hope is that you are not worrying about what comes next. Instead, you are fully immersed in the moment, able to truly experience the meaning, emotion, and joy of your wedding day.
